Description
This course is designed for students ready, willing and able to sit assessments at NCEA level 1. This means you should already be able to either play an instrument, or have some experience of vocal techniques and be serious about it enough to practice for at least half an hour every day. This term we will look at a broad range of skills necessary for the professional musician - composing, performing, arranging and understanding music. We will also be looking at how to broadcast your own music and how to 'make it' in today's music industry.
