Animals Around the World

Biology is the science of life and animals are one of three groups of multicellular organisms (alongside plants and fungi). In this course we will learn:

• What all animals have in common
• Examples of special animals around the world
• Why different places have different animals
• How different animals came to be (evolved)
• What threats wild animals face around the world
• What solutions are being proposed and implemented to counter these threats

We are likely to do at least one trip as part of this course.
