This term we'll finish the material for the mechanics external and work. This will include balanced torques, projectile motion, force vectors, energy and power, and momentum.
Then we'll get into the internal on a selected context. I normally do this on flight as it covers the material in an interesting way, and is an issue complex enough to allow you to delve into two dimensional Physics. Other topics could potentially be offered where they were suitable to Level 2 Physics, and advantageous to students.
Students wishing to enter this course in term 2 will be supported with the part of the mechanics course completed in term one while the remainder of the class complete the internals. Therefore students new to the course this term should not expect to complete the internals.
