Context - individual racket sports - tennis, pickleball, table tennis, badminton, speedminton, squash
In this period we will focus on the range of different sports that involve a racket. Small, large, fast, slow. Let’s give them all a go, developing our hand-eye coordination and the extension of our limbs by using a paddle to hit something so that someone else can hit back at us. Working together will develop our skills and we can start to have some fun rallies together.
You must bring clothing to run around in. We have a two-hour window available for us on Friday and this will give us a chance to walk to Hagley Park tennis courts and maybe out for some squash lessons.
