Mātai matū whaiwaro | Organic Chemistry

This term we will focus on the first of our externals, which is all about Organic Chemistry. 

Organic Chemistry involves everything to do with carbon containing molecules. We will look at a range of organic compounds and the different chemical properties of these compounds as well as the different reactions that can be done with them. 

There is an external assessment opportunity (AS91165) worth four credits.
