Description

Term 2 is a continuation of term 1.

WITH THE ADDITION OF BIOMECHANICS PRINCIPLES. These are essentially the methods that we can use to make ourselves more efficient in sport. Who doesn't want that?

  • In case you need a refresher for term 1 please read below.

This is for those of you who have sporting and fitness goals that you would like to achieve. You can either have them already on the go, or you can start now!

In this course we will:

  1. Learn about the Anatomy and Physiology of the human body
  2. NOW, WITH THE ADDITION OF BIOMECHANICS PRINCIPLES TOO
  3. Complete games and activities (in the gym, offsite and in the classroom) to understand Anatomy Physiology and Biomechanics of the human body
  4. Identify your fitness goals
  5. Make your own fitness training plans
  6. Complete your own fitness training plans

PLEASE NOTE TWO THINGS:

  • This is not an opportunity for credits (I want the focus to be on understanding the body and training plans, not credits).
  • There is a mixture of in class and gym/ offsite work. (There will always be practical time in the week).

Any questions, come and have a chat to Alex.
