Ko Au, Ko Tōku Whānau: My Family and I - Junior Te Reo Māori

Kia ora koutou katoa, nau mai haere mai ki te tau hou Pākehā! Welcome back to kura for 2023. In Term 1, our kaupapa is "Ko au, ko tōku whānau". Whether you're a beginner or you're back for more after last year, this is the akoranga for you!

• whanaunga (relationships)
• whakahua (pronunciation)
• rohe, taone (regions, towns)

We will be doing this through:

• kēmu (games)
• patapātai (quizzes)
• kōrero
• kaupapa (projects)
• waiata
• and more!

~* While much of the content will be the same as in 2022, there will be extension opportunities for those who need it. If you did te reo with me in T1 last year, you will be delving deeper into our kaupapa and learn to talk about a member of your whānau in depth. *~
