MKR - My Kitchen Rules - Ao Tawhiti

In this course we will be looking at many of the aspects involved in running a restaurant. We will be creating our own pop up restaurants so we will need to get creative in all kinds of ways. 

Could it be a Mid Winter Christmas restaurant, The Italian Job or a Sushi Train??

We will split into two teams and compete against each other! We can design the themes, the menu and branding etc!!

The plan would be that we will open our restaurants one lunch time for staff as a test run and then open our pop up restaurants for our whanau to book into. 

Numbers for this class will be limited so please make sure you have a second choice ready for purple block.
