WHAKAARI | DRAMA - Short Scripts

This term you will work in small groups and a selection of short scripts. The focus will be on combining drama techniques of voice, body, movement and space to successfully bring the characters to life within the scene of your choice.

The important deadlines are line learning, performing the scene and completing the supporting written work.

You need to be comfortable in the spotlight and will be working at NCEA curriculum levels 2 or 3.

You will have the opportunity to be assessed with (L2) 91213 - Apply drama techniques in a scripted context - 4 credits

(L3) AS91213 Interpret scripted text to integrate drama techniques in performance. 4 credits
