This is your time to really develop communication and interpersonal skills, through a sports education model. 

THE CONTEXT (SPORT) WILL BE CHOSEN AT THE START OF TERM 3 BY THE CLASS MEMBERS.

 

Term plan:

1. Play games of (our chosen sport) to gain understanding.

2. Split the class into teams (with time to create team names, colours and mascots. For a great atmosphere!)

3. Identity team roles (Captain, Referee, Coach, Teammate, Score and Timekeeper).

4. Team trainings for strategies, tactics and game play.

5. Round robin and finals to identify the Ao Tawhiti (your chosen sport) Championships!

 

We'll be practising the dispositions of Organisation, Communication and Collaboration through this class.

 

Please expect to come along and have an active roie in the organisation of this class.
