How Nature makes a Landscape - Te Taiao - Geography

It’s Geography! This course is all about the environment and people and understanding how nature and people interact. 

This term is about learning how an environment is created and modified by natural processes. This will lead to an in class written report later in the term.

We could look at lots of different processes and landscapes but Craig thinks that Coastal Processes and the formation of New Brighton beach will be the easiest for us to figure out and then be able to apply this knowledge to different parts of New Zealand.

In term three there will be a 5 Credit external assessment (91934) (Completed in school time)

Throughout the year, this course will offer 15-20 Level One NCEA credits.
