Advertising & Magazine

LOGO is a Media Studies class.  In term one we looked at report writing and making logos.  In term two we looked at advertising and design in television advertising to analyse and critique before looking at creating one's own advert.

In Term 3 students will; 

Continue to look at designing an advertisement for a chosen brief such as for magazines, posters, social media and television.

• design an advertising poster for an event,
• design a print advertisement for a newspaper or magazine,
• design a television or social media advertisement,
• write information about your advertisement,

Also continue to develop journalism skills by looking at factual writing in interesting ways to capture an audience.  As your skill develops we will use your writing work to then design pages to present in a magazine.

• write a report for a school magazine.
