Café Operations

Immerse yourself in the world of café culture! In this course, ākonga will learn how to run and operate the café on Level 4. You will gain hands-on experience in front-of-house operations, including serving customers, making coffee, and managing point-of-sale transactions. Additionally, there will be opportunities to prepare and present food for the café, enhancing your culinary and customer service skills. Join us for three weeks of full immersion into the café industry, where you will actively contribute to the daily operation of the café.

This course runs through Blue, Purple, and Orange Block. Please only select one colour block for this course
