Description

A monologue is a long speech by a single character. Monologues can either be addressing other characters in the scene, or they can be one character talking to themselves or to the audience.

Monologues serve a specific purpose in storytelling—to give the audience more details about a character or about the plot.

They are a great way to share the internal thoughts or backstory of a character or to give more specific details about the plot.

This is a structured course where you will write a variety of monologues for different characters and situations. Focus will be on creative content and grammatical accuracy.
