I'm a Survivor!

You can only take three items.  

Which ones would you take to survive on a deserted island?  How about in a shuttle lost in space?  Would you manage to thrive, or just survive?

In this course we'll learn about different stories of survival and I'll ask you to consider how you'd survive in a challenging situation. 

We will:

- Read a novel, short stories, and poems

- Work on writing skills (formal writing and creative writing)

- Discuss and debate
