Short stories and crafts

In this course, we'll study a few short stories and then create art based on those stories. Dioramas? Tin foil sculptures? Book covers? Logos? Little animations? Making little characters and costumes for them? How fun! 

This class will involve interesting discussions about cool short stories, and then choosing which way we take the art making. Some things we may explore in our crafting:

• Photography
• Digital design
• Stop motion animation
• Physical sculpting (using tinfoil, clay, crochet, papier-mâché, and all sorts of other mediums!)

There'll be the opportunity to work in small groups depending on your chosen crafting projects, so come along with your friends and some ideas for what kinds of crafts you may be interested in learning about/improving your skills with!
