Manawataki me nga rotarota: Rhythm and Rhymes

In this course we will learn about poetry, creative writing, rhythm and how to excel in English through the medium of rap and hip-hop. We will also look briefly at the historical beginnings and evolution of Hip Hop. We will study, analyse and listen to a range of Hip-Hop artists and use our discoveries to create our own bars! You will need to bring a positive attitude, an enthusiasm for learning and writing implements.
