Using strategy to improve your play

We will examine and apply offensive, defensive and tactical play strategies. The sporting context is yet to be decided but will likely be Ki-o-Rahi or Badminton. Over the term, lessons are roughly 60% practical and 40% classroom based but please come prepared to do both. 

The assessment asks you to video yourself applying offensive, defensive and tactical play strategies and to discuss the impact of these on the game. Your LA will also observe you demonstrating these.
