Description
We will take a bit of a pick’n’mix approach to English in Term 1, taste-testing lots of different short texts like poetry, short stories and song lyrics. Through engaging with these bite-sized chunks, we will focus on building our English skills and getting ready for NCEA assessments. There will be lots of variety, so while it might not all be to your taste, hopefully there will be a few morsels in the programme that suit every reading palette.
