Get active

This class is all about getting involved in a wide range of physical activities. There are so many different ways to be active and this class will explore that. 

Throughout the term we will look at the following concepts:

- difference between play, games and sport

- factors that influence participation

- creating a game for others to participate in

You must come prepared by:

- wearing appropriate clothing and footwear

- bringing a drink bottle

- having an open mind to a range of different activities
