Level 2 Earth Systems
External (4 credits)
Standard 91193
In this course you will learn about how solar radiation interacts with our atmosphere, land and oceans and how that affects the distribution of light and heat energy around the Earth.
Students will need a laptop, pen, and a ruler.

Level 2 Examine an Issue and it's Validity

Standard 91188
Scientists have the responsibility to communicate with accuracy. In this course, you will investigate to compare and evaluate how a scientific issue is communicated from different sources.
Students will need a laptop, pen, and a ruler.

Level 3 Atmosphere systems
Internal (4 credits)
Standard 91414
In this course, we go deeper into the role of the composition of the atmosphere and its role in affecting weather, carbon and water cycles. This composition can also be affected by volcanic eruptions and manmade products.
Students will need a laptop, pen, and a ruler.

Level 3 Ocean Systems
External (4 credits)
Standard 91413
There is no better time to know why the ocean circulates as it does, especially during El Niño and La Niña oscillations which we are experiencing now. This course also looks at the composition of the ocean, e.g. temperature, density, pressue and salinity.
Students will need a laptop, pen, and a ruler.
