Brand NEW course in Term 2

 

This is a senior sport class which is purely practical. It is designed for those who enjoy getting some exercise into their day and for those who aren't physically active at the moment but would like to be. We will do a range of different activities/sports depending on the students in the class, so come along with some ideas. 

 

Being physically active is vital for your overall well-being. It improves cardiovascular health, reduces the risk of chronic diseases, reduces stress, creates stronger bones, improves sleep, improves metabolism, helps with social interaction, I could go on. In class we will talk about ways that you can incorporate physical activity into your daily life and the impact that it has on other aspects of your life.
