This Gymnastics class is designed to teach fundamental gymnastics skills, including balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Participants will learn various gymnastic elements, such as flips and handstands.
Our Gymnastics training sessions focus on developing both physical and mental skills. Participants will learn various gymnastic techniques, from basic body movements to advanced acrobatic skills. Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced gymnasts. Those who are more experienced are very much encouraged to engage in helping others. There will also be a very self-directed element to this class.
