The default project will be ‘steel garden art’ similar to metal garden birds. This short course is an introduction to 3D modelling and the design and manufacture of a small metal project. Students will draw a 3D model and manufacture it using a combination of power and hand tools, the CNC plasma and an introduction to MIG welding.

Please note that a materials charge of $25.00 will be added to the students account for the material purchased and used in the project that they can take home.
