Yoga provides a full-body workout. If you have never done yoga, this will be a nice shock to the system. Improve body awareness, develop overall body strength and build a strong core. You will have a lifelong appreciation and knowledge of yoga so that you can do this great form of exercise in the future. 

After some yoga sessions during gymnastics class in term three, we will focus completely on yoga with the help of Adriene, one of the best on YouTube. We will start at the beginner level and progress in difficulty as the term proceeds. 

We will set up the gym with the large mats, creating a great group atmosphere to learn and follow Adriene on TV. In the last few sessions, let's find a yoga studio. Is anyone up for hot yoga?
