Cooking Over Fire

Experience the art of cooking with fire in this hands-on, outdoor hospitality session. You will learn traditional and modern techniques for open-fire cooking, hot coal preparation, smoking meats, and using a wood-fired pizza oven.

This full-day workshop at the CAC focuses on teamwork, safe food handling, and understanding how heat, smoke, and flame affect flavour and texture. It’s a practical and rewarding day of learning for those who love real food, real fire, and working together.

Note:
Pre-hospitality experience is preferred due to the health and safety requirements of working with open flames, hot coals, and outdoor cooking equipment. More information to come on times going to and from CAC
