Description

In this hands-on course, learners will explore the essentials of baking, from measuring and mixing to kneading, shaping, and decorating. Students will experiment with flavours, textures, and presentation while developing confidence, creativity, and teamwork. Along the way, they’ll also build skills like problem-solving, time management, and following instructions to create delicious baked treats.

All hospitality courses have a theory component, so a notebook and a writing utensil are required.
