This term, weekly classes will feature a skill-building session, a theory tutorial, and finish with a MasterChef-style challenge, where students work in teams to plan, prep, and plate their dishes. Learners will get hands-on experience developing essential cooking techniques, from chopping and measuring to baking and presentation, while also exploring flavors, textures, and creativity.
Through these activities, students will strengthen problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills, and gain confidence working under pressure. By the end of the term, learners will not only have built practical kitchen skills but also learned how to collaborate, make decisions, and celebrate each other’s successes in a fun, fast-paced environment.
