Description
Step onto the court to play a range of invasion games. This class will be mostly practical, focusing on game-play and court awareness.
The unit will challenge you to master movement, spacing, and ball control. From the vertical precision of Basketball and the explosive speed of Handball, to the reflex-heavy chaos of Dodgeball.
Depending on availability, you might also get the chance to try Korfball—a unique gender-integrated game that flips traditional court logic on its head. Originally from the Netherlands, Korfball is designed specifically for mixed-gender teams, with a focus on total cooperation.
Every Wednesday, the 2hr session will be held offsite at Parakiore, so please ensure you have appropriate clothing and footwear.
