Are you interested in understanding the forces that shape how we move in Aotearoa New Zealand?
In this level 6 course you will dive into the "why" behind the action investigating the influences on games such as netball and basketball. You will investigate how our bodies function, how our society influences our choices, and how te ao Māori provides a foundation for these physical activities.
It involves two practical lessons and a theory lesson per week and the purpose is to become an "informed mover" who understands the cultural and physical landscape they are playing in.
