45PE Aquatics

This unit will involve learn to swim, swim improvement and survival skills. It will be designed around individual student capabilities from non swimmers to more capable swimmers.

The other activities that are possible will include having a go at: diving, water polo, underwater hockey, aqua aerobics, snorkelling - dependent on student interest and abilities.

It will be predominantly run at Parakiore pools on Monday 10am-12.20pm. Students must bring their togs every week and be prepared to learn.

Wednesday Block 4 will be a combination of theory/practical lessons.
