Planning and Running your own Business

This is a year long project based course where senior students are supported to begin their own business in class. It is a chance for you to unleash your inner entrepreneur. (Note that this is a continuation from Terms 1 and 2 as the internals are year long planning projects).

The aim is to get your own company up and running and to develop a range of transferable 21st century skills.

Term 3 focus:

• In term 2 you should have mostly completed your marketing plan for your business as well as a sample or prototype of your product.
• In term 3 we focus on the next internal (Business planning).You will get the chance to 
  • pitch your business idea to others
  • focus on production, finance and sales 
  • implement , monitor and review your marketing plan to ensure you hit your sales targets.
