Term 2 provides the opportunity for two assessments.
1.5 - Interpersonal skills (4 credits) AND
1.6 - Strategies to improve performance (3 credits)
The sporting context is yet to be decided. However, I am currently deciding between Handball, Ultimate Frisbee, Football and Basketball. This can also be a discussion in class, in the first week of term two. To ensure that you are participating in a sport that speaks to you!
Once the sport is decided, we are aiming to become the experts of this sport. Through coaching, as well as theory sessions.
We want to develop teams and play games as a class, as well as identify personal strategies to improve in this sport.
There will be a mixture of practical (on and offsite) sessions, as well as theory sessions. As we are going into winter, please be prepared to go offsite, even if the weather is not fantastic.
