Learning Objectives:

1. Master Pasta Preparation: Ākonga will learn the techniques for cooking pasta al dente, including proper boiling, timing, and draining methods.

2. Create Delicious Sauces and Toppings: Ākonga will develop the skills to prepare a variety of mouthwatering pasta sauces, such as classic marinara, creamy Alfredo, and herb-infused pesto, as well as experiment with creative toppings and garnishes.

3. Explore Pasta Shapes and Varieties: Ākonga will discover the diversity of pasta shapes and types, learning how to pair them with the right sauces and ingredients to create harmonious flavour combinations.
