Description

NOTE: This course starts in week 5 of Term 2 after the university course has been completed.

Does God exist? Why does evil exist in the world? Where did the universe come from? Attempts to answer these questions come from both philosophy and science. But what do these answers look like? Students will analyse the key beliefs of a religious tradition and compare these with the beliefs of the scientific materialist in relation to the above questions.
