Description
In this course we will practise the art of public speaking. Everything from impromptu speaking "talk for 60s on the colour red ... go!" to slide presentations and prepared speeches. You could even try to deliver some of the most famous speeches in history "I have a dream ..."
This will be a fun and supportive class with lots of student choice around which goals you want to work on and the size of your audience.
We will set some individual goals (anywhere from just standing up in class and saying a sentence to a 5 min prepared speech with no notes!) You'll be amazed at the improvements in performance and confidence that comes with regular practice.
