Description
Euclid is called the inventor of geometry. Geometry was more important to the ancient Greeks than arithmetic. This is because they did not use place value and only had whole numbers.
By the end of Term 2 you will be able too
- Identify classes of two and three dimensional representations and vice versa
- Classify polygons
- Calculate angles
- Understand about transformations ( reflection, rotation, translation, enlargement)
You will need to participate, engage and be focused on learning and acheiving the above learning outcomes.
Stationary: Protractor, Ruler, Maths exercise book, pen/pencils.
Suze will teach the double block Tuesday and Steve Thursday.
