Hauropi | Ecology

This term in 7Biology, we are going to be looking at all things to do with Ecology!

Ecology is the study of the relationships between living organisms, including humans, and their physical environment. We will be exploring key concepts that explain how these relationships work and then apply our learning into the context of the Rocky Shore. This will require a field trip to Taylors mistake to do some population sampling.

We will be working towards two standards that we will be completing concurrently in the context of the rocky shore. 

These standards are: 

AS91153 - Carry out a practical investigation, Internal worth 4 credits 

As91158 - Investigate a pattern in an ecological community, internal worth 4 credits
