Algebra, Statistics or Geometry? Student teacher to lead the first 6 weeks. Numeracy exam prep and mental maths.

We will have a student teacher from the University of Canterbury to teach the first 6 weeks. She will be covering either Algebra, Statistics or Geometry at Level 5 of the curriculum. You will have access to Education Perfect to be in charge of your own learning. 

Week 7 and 8 will focus on preparation for the new NCEA Numeracy co-requisite at Level 5 of the curriculum. However, the learning will still be relevant to you if you are not sitting this assessment in Week 8 or later this year.

The last two weeks of the term will cover some Mental Maths, accompanied by workbook chapters.
